Hello, I'm Scott Lanway! I'm based in Los Angeles and Pittsburgh, and I specialize in four genres of photography.
WHO I AM
I've been a writer since I had the strength to grip a crayon, a storyteller since shortly after that, and a photographer since my dad showed me how to work his Olympus OM-2. Since 2018, I've spent countless nights exploring the greater Los Angeles area—and now the Pittsburgh metro as well—as a street shooter, and I enjoy bringing that in-the-moment candidness to events and portrait and couples sessions.

I'm making and selling a limited run of prints of these 3 photos (up to 100 of each) and donating 50 percent of the profits to World Central Kitchen, for their efforts to feed my fellow Angelenos impacted by the horrific January wildfires.
